Are you qualified to immigrate to the United Kingdom?

The Graduate route is intended for overseas graduates who have received their degree from a recognized UK university and who want to remain in the country and seek work for at least two years after graduation. Subject to satisfying specified standards, beneficiaries of the new route for “internationally mobile persons” will also be able to renew their visas and reside in the United Kingdom under certain conditions.

According to the UK Government’s points-based immigration system, “talented students from India and around the world now have the chance to kick start their careers in the United Kingdom at the highest echelons of business,” Home Secretary Priti Patel said in a statement. The minister said, “Once they have obtained their world-leading qualification from one of our outstanding education institutions, this new visa will offer them the flexibility to pursue their ambitions and improve their careers.” More than 56,000 Indian citizens were awarded a Student visa in the past year, representing a 13% increase over the previous year and accounting for over a quarter of all Student visas given by the United Kingdom.
