Australia is set to enhance its skilled labor force with the introduction of the Mobility Arrangement for Talented Early Professionals Scheme (MATES). This innovative initiative targets 3,000 early-career professionals from India, with the aim of addressing skill shortages in critical sectors such as renewable energy, mining, engineering, and technology.
